This policy is not intended to limit transparency; rather, it ensures our work remains independent, unbiased, and free from external pressure or influence from any individual or group. Protecting our clients' privacy and the neutrality of our evaluations is essential for producing accurate, fair, and actionable results.
Although we are retained by a client, our evaluations remain independent and evidence-based. We do not advocate for particular individuals, organizations, or outcomes. Instead, we apply a structured methodology designed to produce accurate, impartial, and credible findings. Our recommendations are based on observed operations, documented practices, and measurable outcomes, not external influence or predetermined conclusions. Ultimately, our work is grounded in helping shelters provide safe, humane, and effective care for animals while fostering positive outcomes for the communities they serve.
To further safeguard the integrity of our work, we do not accept unsolicited calls or emails that attempt to influence, redirect, or shape an evaluation outside the established scope of work.
